Ingredients

For the Crust:

✅ ¾ cup granulated sugar
✅ ¾ cup sour cream
✅ 3 large eggs
✅ ¼ cup heavy cream
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

✅ 20 Golden Oreos, crushed
✅ 1 package freeze-dried strawberries
✅ 3 tbsp strawberry gelatin (optional, for color & flavor)
✅ 4 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

2️⃣ Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream. Pour over crust.

3️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake
Place pan in a water bath and bake for 50–60 minutes. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let sit for 1 hour. Chill in the fridge for 4–6 hours or overnight.

4️⃣ Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping
Pulse cookies and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor. Mix with gelatin and melted butter until crumbly. Chill or bake briefly for extra crunch.

5️⃣ Assemble and Serve
Top fully chilled cheesecake with crunch topping. Garnish with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, or drizzle with strawberry sauce. Slice and serve!
